Sun Set, Jan Juc Beach

Sun Set is the beach house you always wanted, a self contained studio apartment, with a private entrance, deck and garden. A simple, stylish beach weekender with everything you need for 1-2 people, any day of the week.
Centrally located in the residential beach town Jan Juc, home of Bells Beach and just a 5minute drive into Torquay. You will find all the quiet of coastal living without the traffic as you stroll 100m to the local shops with Swell cafe, restaurants (fish and chips, south East Asian at birdrock bar and wood fired pizza at cave), jan juc pub and milkbar for all your essentials. 200m to the bird-rock lookout and 300m to the beach steps.
Walk the clifftop coastal track, surf world class breaks and enjoy long beach days exploring the reef and rock pools. Return from your adventures for a soak in the ofuro, a Japanese style hot tub or wash off the salt and sand in the outdoor hot/cold shower before relaxing on the sunny deck with a book and a cold drink.
The studio apartment is located on the same title as the main house. There is a fence between the residences/ garden spaces for privacy.
Parking is in the driveway or street if you prefer. Entry is through a shared breezeway, this contains our beach equipment and also a type 2 EV charger we only use between guest stays, which you are welcome to use during your stay. Entry to the guesthouse is through a private gate at the end of the breezeway, onto a garden area with stone steppers and timber steps up to deck area and entry into your residence.
