A beautiful private studio with a cathedral ceiling, in a peaceful elevated bush setting only a few minutes drive from town. Close to The Mill, the Botanical Gardens and the centre of town. It is styled with quirky vintage finds from the area and a super comfortable king size bed with beautiful bedding including pillow top and an ensuite bathroom. It has a kitchenette and small tv with free wifi.
The 2.5 acre property is inclusive of the main house where we reside, the pool side area, infrared sauna and the Studio.

Additional Information
Our property is called HeartStone hill. It was built in 1999 by a local stonemason. It took him many years to build the house having completed the studio. His workmanship is extraordinary and evident around the property with retaining walls along the driveway, behind the house and car parking area.
There are beautiful gardens that create a tranquil setting for us and our guests. Local wildlife including kangaroos, echidnas, birds and bees. We enjoy spectacular Eastern views and relax poolside amongst the gum trees.
Guest access
The guests enjoy exclusive access to the Studio. If there is interest to access the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers and infra-red sauna then that is possible on a complimentary basis. Free car parking behind the Studio. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly and dog friendly property.
