The Villa is the Hunter Valleys newest and most distinct, luxury apartment offering. Located in Lovedale, less than 2 hours north of Sydney and forty minutes drive from Newcastle Airport. The Villa continues the Leaves and Fishes aim of providing a unique alternative in the Hunter.

The Villa nestles gently into the lily pond and is surrounded by a tropical rainforest. The Villa is a relaxed, secluded, indulgent retreat from day-to-day life and perfect for couples enjoying a weekend away in wine country.

Featuring two large king bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor spacious living areas. With quality linens and furnishings throughout, The Villa provides a comfortable and luxurious stay. The large covered deck overlooking the pond provides the perfect place to relax or entertain into the night.

Please note: The Villa is a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom space and only 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom will be provided unless the booking is made for 4 adults and the additional tariff paid.

The Boathouses are situated on the Leaves & Fishes property alongside the private dining spaces for hosting your events. Grab a picnic lunch and enjoy a romantic picnic by the water. Brunch boxes and picnic boxes available by request with minimum 48 hrs notice.

You won't believe the incredible scenery we soaked in at The Deck Cafe in Lovedale! Picture this: sitting on the deck, overlooking this tranquil dam surrounded by lush forest—it was like something out of a postcard. And the food? Oh man, it was next level! From the breakfast spread to the tapas menu at lunch and dinner, every dish was a flavor explosion. Seriously, I couldn't get enough! Plus, they had this awesome selection of drinks, including Gartelmann wines and some top-notch coffee. It was one of those experiences that just sticks with you, you know?
