We've lovingly created a cosy, comfortable space that feels like a home away from home - perfect for a small group getaway, a romantic weekend, or a base to explore the Mudgee region. Whether you're here to sip wine, wander heritage streets, or just unwind, we're here to make your stay easy and enjoyable. And yes, were pet friendly, because we know your fur babies deserve a holiday too!

Full bathroom with walk in shower and claw foot bath and 2 toilets. Towels,shampoo,conditioner and soap provided.
Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee machine and basic essentials supplied.
Lounge with electric fireplace and ac in kitchen and main bedroom.
Shed/ entertaining room in back yard with fire pit nearby. (Service station across the road sells firewood.)
Outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ.
Beautiful front verandah with table and chairs.
There is plenty of off street parking including a double carport.
The yard is fully fenced.
