Main bedroom has a king bed sleeping 2 people & and looks directly east over panoramic views. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed sleeping up to 2 people. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunks sleeping up to 4 people.
Upstairs rumpus room has the double fold out lounge sleeping up to 2 more people.
We have Starlink internet for guests to use with very fast speeds. There is also mobile reception for those that still want to be contactable.

A 2-person booking gives you access to the whole house and main bedroom (Not the 2 upstairs bedrooms).
A 3 person or more booking will give you access to upstairs bedrooms (please specify which room & beds are required for your numbers)
This property isn’t suitable for young children under the age of 5 unless they will be highly supervised.
It is a large property surrounded by National Park.
To get to the property, the final 10km is dirt road that is well maintained. The property is approx 142 Acres, with majority of it being forest. The house area is located on a sloping section of 5 cleared acres.
Please ensure children are supervised at all times. We are not responsible for injuries etc due to the nature of the property.

This is a Rural Property, that means there are at times the possibility of insects, bush rats, mice and snakes.
The house is treated every six months for pests, that being said there is always a risk of seeing a mouse, spider, bush rat, snake or other insects around the property and inside.
Please note there are NO refunds/mid stay cancelations if you find any of these inside or around the house, this is part of the risk of staying in a super rural property. If the risk of bugs, mice etc freak you out, do not book this property. By booking the property you agree to this.
