The house is built from timber harvested from the property & is totally off grid, running on solar, battery & water tank, but still providing all luxuries of home.

Escape to your own private slice of Paradise in Wittitrin NSW. Perched high on a mountain, with breathtaking views, this handcrafted timber home offers the perfect blend of luxury, tranquility & sustainability.

Start your morning with a tea or coffee on the expansive deck as the sun rises right in front of you.

Head out and explore bushwalking, bike and 4wd trails that are all teaming with wildlife.

After your adventures, relax in the outdoor fire bath or plunge pool. There is also a well-equipped gym which you can then follow up with an ice bath or rejuvenate in the wood heated sauna. Something for absolutely everyone.

As the night falls, enjoys a drink, under the deck listening to records on the record player, by the indoor fire or by the outdoor firepit under the crystal-clear night sky. No city lights, No city noise... This is the ultimate escape for those seeking peace, comfort & adventure.

The home is constructed over 2 stories. Main Bedroom, living, dining, lounge, Kitchen, bathroom & laundry are all downstairs.
Upstairs consist of 2 more bedrooms and a rumpus with a fold out bed.

Main bedroom has a king bed sleeping 2 people & and looks directly east over panoramic views. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed sleeping up to 2 people. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunks sleeping up to 4 people.

Upstairs rumpus room has the double fold out lounge sleeping up to 2 more people.
We have Starlink internet for guests to use with very fast speeds. There is also mobile reception for those that still want to be contactable.

A 2-person booking gives you access to the whole house and main bedroom (Not the 2 upstairs bedrooms).
A 3 person or more booking will give you access to upstairs bedrooms (please specify which room & beds are required for your numbers)
This property isn’t suitable for young children under the age of 5 unless they will be highly supervised.

It is a large property surrounded by National Park.

To get to the property, the final 10km is dirt road that is well maintained. The property is approx 142 Acres, with majority of it being forest. The house area is located on a sloping section of 5 cleared acres.

Please ensure children are supervised at all times. We are not responsible for injuries etc due to the nature of the property.

This is a Rural Property, that means there are at times the possibility of insects, bush rats, mice and snakes.

The house is treated every six months for pests, that being said there is always a risk of seeing a mouse, spider, bush rat, snake or other insects around the property and inside.

Please note there are NO refunds/mid stay cancelations if you find any of these inside or around the house, this is part of the risk of staying in a super rural property. If the risk of bugs, mice etc freak you out, do not book this property. By booking the property you agree to this.

Great stay, incredible house and facilities and Tim and Bec were great hosts. The setting is very secluded and we hope to come back again soon.

A really gorgeous property that Tim and Bev have kept well maintained.

We stayed as a group of friends in the winter and it was perfect, didn’t feel the need to leave the property at all. Lovely and ...warm, well prepared to make meals. Nights by the fire indoors and outdoors. Days staring at the trees or spending a bit of time in the sauna, and you truly feel your away from the rest of the world. Highly recommended.
