We absolutely loved our stay!
The property is incredibly cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with everything you need to switch off and relax.
Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from... the design and placement of the home itself, to the multiple outdoor chill out spaces. Waking up to the tropical leafy greens beside us, then to walk out onto the deck, to the open fields, with a coffee in hand was such a treat and it really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic getaway or a cozy weekend retreat to recharge, you won’t find many places better than this.
Adrian and Terri were wonderful hosts!
Friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with while still giving us complete privacy throughout our stay.
We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
Thank you again,

Manning Point Beach
We had perfect weather for a day at the beach. Set up with some food, and a book and unwind to the sounds of the ocean. Manning Point Beach is also perfect for those who enjoy 4WDing.
Manning Point Water Views All Round
Manning Point has a long finger peninsula extending into the inlet, with water views on both sides. There were lots of dogs, and the coolest part was that you could drive 4 wheel drives onto the sand (with a permit) - it looked so fun!
Good Food Good Vibes
While looking for a lunch spot in the coastal town of Old Bar, we came across Flow Bar. It was pumping at lunchtime, with local musicians putting on a show in the outdoor garden area. They also had a great gluten-free menu!
Lunch At Wallabi Point Coastal Cafe
Stumbled across this cute cafe - conveniently located near Saltwater National Park.
PS. they've got one of the best BLTs around.

Headland Walk In Saltwater National Park
Walk through the dense forest to enjoy the panoramic ocean views. If you happen to be here between May - November you're likely to spot a few migrating whales.
For us it was a great spot to stretch our legs and find a few sea shells.

The Spot To See Whales
The name “Saltwater National Park” had us intrigued - it sounded tropical and exciting, so off we went, exploring the short bushwalks around the headland. We tried our luck watching for whales and dolphins in the ocean and inlet, but all we saw this time was a jellyfish! There were helpful signs to identify the local species often seen there.
