Only 13km's from the centre of Byron Bay Byron is this beautiful 5 acre private property, consisting of a peaceful, spacious house with high ceilings and an expansive living, dining and kitchen area with a combustion wood burning fireplace and a seperate family/TV room. One is immediately captured by the hinterland views through a combination of large glass doors & bi-folds which lead to an enormous covered outdoor entertaining area. The hinterland views from both the house & the fenced pool are stunning, particularly at sunset.

Adding to this resort-style oasis is a pool, an infrared sauna, outdoor kitchen, dining & lounge, fire-pit, trampoline, a huge entertaining deck perfect for friends & families to relax, have fun & enjoy time together & air conditioning in all bedrooms & living spaces.

The main house sleeps 10 guests comfortably with 5 queen bedrooms, equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, TVs and every bedroom has either beautiful hinterland views &/or garden views. There are 3 bathrooms including a master suite with an ensuite that leads out to a private deck and two living spaces both with TV's so plenty of room for kids in one space and adults in the other.

The positioning of the home maximises light and breezes with plenty of room for all & a huge entertaining area outside.

This property is only 13km to Byron Bay town, many beaches in the vicinity & only a 10 minute drive to local towns such as Bangalow, Brunswick Heads & Mullumbimby and only 25 mins from/to Ballina airport & 35 mins from/to the Gold Coast airport.

The house can also be rented with one or two of the other cottages available on the property.

Seriously scrumptious pancakes, ice cream, and smoothies, an absolute must stop if you're driving past The Farm. Don't judge me, but I went back every day to try something new.

So stoked to have ticked off a bucketlist adventure of ours - hot air ballooning! The weather was ridiculously perfect for it, and it was such a serene experience, with the most incredible views across the Byron hinterland and to the lighthouse. The Balloon Aloft team was incredible and we loved the complimentary brekky at The Farm afterwards.

If you're someone who enjoys basking in paradise, then this restaurant/cafe/nursury/farm is for you. Expect locally grown produce, outstanding food and lovely staff, surrounded by a gorgeous farm - you'll see pigs, horses, banana trees, chooks, herb beds, the lot! We enjoyed the chef's selection at the Three Blue Ducks for 2 for lunch, and were speechless after tasting the 12 hour slow cooked brisket (and freshly shucked oysters with finger lime). Highly recommend for a special occasion.
