Located a 5 minutes drive to Bowrals Main Street, Laurentana House and Cottage are quintessential Southern Highlands charm. Both the house and the cottage are perfect for wedding photography and we pride ourselves on accommodating bridal parties who wish to utilise our home and grounds for photography.

The Estate is incredibly private and secluded behind large, gated manicured gardens.

The property also features a large solar heated pool.

Lauretana House and Cottage is equipped with all the luxury requirements you may need and more including

THE MAIN RESIDENCE
The main residence sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and features:

Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite
- Two Queen Size bedrooms with queen beds
- One Queen Size bedroom with double bed

THE COTTAGE
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and features:

- Master bedroom with queen bed
- 1 air mattress in the living room
- 1 bathroom w/ a shower and toilet

Bathrooms:
- All bathrooms come complete with complimentary organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- All bathrooms come with hotel-quality towels, bathmats and hand soap
- All bathrooms come with heating (in the main house, not in the cottage)

** Strictly no parties, and unfortunately we cannot host weddings on our grounds.**

We love having guests who want to visit the highlands for weddings, or want to have a reception elsewhere and utilise our property for wedding photography, or accommodation for after the ceremony / reception.

* The home can accommodate up to 12 guests with an air mattress in the Cottage upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.

Additional Rules:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

*Strictly no parties, and unfortunately we cannot host weddings on our grounds. We do not allow parties or events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWELVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SIX people. No more than a maximum of EIGHTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

Things to Know:

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
