Our property is best suited to children aged 8 and over. Children must be supervised at all times. Climbing on the horizontal stainless steel deck balustrade wires or stair netting is strictly prohibited.

Please note, no child safety gate is provided for the loft sleeping area.

◆ 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟 – House-trained pets up to 20kg by PRIOR approval only. Breed, age and weight must be declared before booking.
◆ 𝗙𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 – STRICTLY no pets on furniture or bedding. Bring your own pet bedding and towels.
◆ 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 – Please NEVER leave your pet unattended and pets MUST remain leashed outdoors.
◆ 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 – Our chickens are kept at the very bottom of the garden. Please keep you pets away from this area and please do not allow them to disturb wildlife.
◆ 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 – Clean up ALL droppings. No excessive barking, digging or destructive behaviour.
◆ 𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗘 – Additional cleaning or damage costs may apply. Serious breaches may result in withdrawal of pet approval, subject to platform policies.

Hi Riparide community We are Mark and Leesa, your hosts. The Bellingen House is our creation. We’re designer builders, artists, sculptors, stylists, producers, project managers and jewellers. The Bellingen House was designed and hand built by Mark. I manage the interiors Together now for 30+ years sharing 5 children. We’re also the proud Noni and Poppy to 9 grandhildren. Whoa - yep keeps us deliciously busy. Via work and leisure we’ve travelled far and wide and there are some truly amazing places out there in this small planet of ours. But we have not yet found anywhere we love more than this part of north coast NSW. We live nearby in another of our hand built creations. We love creating with our hands, pottering in our gardens, exploring our exquisite part of coastline and hinterland, and spending time with our family and friends. We like to keep things simple. As Michael Leunig says “love one another, and you will be happy. It’s a simple and difficult as that”.
