The perfect getaway for those looking to enhance their experience of nature, dive deeper into the sacred land that has been blessed by the Elders, Buddhist monks and Shamens from the USA and Africa. It features indoor /outdoor living. This sanctuary has been a refuge for many.
Nearby are many wonderful adventures kayaking paddle boarding diving, surfing, whale watching.rain forest walks and secluded beaches that go for kilometers.
There is also a healing yurt where there is meditation, sound baths, with crystal singing bowl usually complimentary!

If you are bringing your dog,some important stuff:the property is not fenced, please make sure they are clean and deflead, and never leave them here by themselves. It’s very important that you clean up after them too, and on leaving do an extra vacuum. It is a beautiful and leash free dog friendly beach.
YURT DETAILS
The yurt is equipped with a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee and coffee plunger, doona blankets pillows towels and sheets.
The indoor/outdoor kitchen is unique, with basic undercover cooking via a multi purpose BBQ with gas ring and baking facility.
The beds are one queen and one single bed.
Weather permitting and conditional on fire ban restrictions there is an open fire pit for an expansive under the stars experience. An outdoor table and umbrella for outdoor dining (there is also a table in the yurt)
The bathroom is outdoors undercover with an outdoor bath and shower. There is an enclosed toilet.

I host a regular free community Sound Healing and meditation in the Temple Yurt also on the property. Guests are welcome join in.
Private Yoga classes can be arranged by appointment, Japanese Acupuncture appointments can also be arranged

One of the best parts about this place is, you can hear the ocean from your bed. We were frothing that there is a beach that's a 3 to 5 -minute walk along a bush track, directly from the back of the property. We took a stroll and didn't even glimpse another soul on the entire beach.

Surfing Out The Front

There's plenty of better beaches to surf all up and down the coast within an easy drive. Though there is always something special about having a wave just our front of where you're staying, especially when there's usually no one ever on it.

We woke up before sunrise and strolled through the backyard onto a private path. After about five minutes of walking through mangroves and greenery, we found ourselves in the middle of a quiet stretch of sand, greeted by the warmth of the first rays of light and beautiful waves lapping at our feet. A great way to start a day of adventures.

Sound Healing At The Yurt

Kamala, the host of the property, graciously offered a sound healing session for my partner and I in the smaller yurt next door. Having never experienced something like this before, we were surprised by the humming sounds and levels of relaxation that followed as we laid down, looking up at the swaying gumtrees above, while she played her singing bowls.
