It was a beautiful little getaway! Highly recommend if you’re looking to get away and off grid! Doug and his partner were extremely lovely and looked after us very well . The home was very cosy, well ...designed. Small kitchen inside (fully stocked with pans and cutlery) and a stove outside as well for cooking. They had plenty of blankets to keep us warm and central heating available. Highlight of our trip was getting into the hot water tub outside after dinner, under the gorgeous night sky filled with stars!! We did find the compost toilet a bit new but very clean and easy to use!! All in all I would come back here again!!!

Gloucester Walking Track is a short and enjoyable walk (1.8km return) through the Barrington Tops National Park. The track starts from the Gloucester Falls picnic area leading through a picturesque forest where you will catch views of the entire valley including the impressive mountains and the Gloucester River and waterfall.
