Welcome to Haven Oceana, a luxurious holiday house designed for couples, families, and singles. Ascend the nautical-inspired staircase to an expansive north-facing covered deck, complete with swinging daybeds, offering breathtaking views of the vast blue ocean and Groper Island.

Inside, polished seeded concrete floors flow through the living areas, including a fully equipped kitchen with suspended concrete benches and cabinetry, all boasting ocean views. Enjoy meals in the large dining area with a handcrafted Norfolk pine banquet table, and relax in the comfortable lounge/TV area with its impressive round window.

The main bathroom features a spacious wet room design with a large bath and separate shower. The generously sized master bedroom offers ocean views through double sliding doors, a full ensuite with a shower, and a walk-in robe. Two queen-sized bedrooms include integrated built-in cupboards and resort-quality beds with 100% luxury cotton and linen bedding. Each bedroom, as well as the living area, is equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.

Haven Oceana is a creative, handcrafted, and bespoke property. The elegant yet relaxed interior decor features a gentle natural color palette, with artwork and objet d’art showcased throughout the light-filled spaces. The pièce de résistance is the covered north-facing deck with two swinging daybeds. Hi Riparide community We are Mark and Leesa, your hosts. The Beach Havens - Haven Tropicana and Haven Oceana are our creations. We’re designer builders, artists, sculptors, stylists, producers, project managers and jewellers. The Beach Havens was designed and hand built by Mark including all cast concrete cabinetry, indoor and outdoor tables, swinging day beds, chinese screens etc etc. I manage the interiors Together now for 30+ years sharing 5 children. We’re also the proud Noni and Poppy to 9 grandhildren. Whoa - yep keeps us deliciously busy. Via work and leisure we’ve travelled far and wide and there are some truly amazing places out there in this small planet of ours. But we have not yet found anywhere we love more than this part of north coast NSW. We live nearby in another of our hand built creations. We love creating with our hands, pottering in our gardens, exploring our exquisite part of coastline and hinterland, and spending time with our family and friends. We like to keep things simple. As Michael Leunig says “love one another, and you will be happy. It’s a simple and difficult as that”.
