Glenayr Farm offers a boutique Glamping site with only 4 x 5m bell tents (a very spacious 25 square meter room with a ceiling height of 3m). Our bell tents are 100% cotton canvas, giving you a natural feel and are highly breathable helping to moderate temperature more effectively. All our tents enjoy a spectacular view, the most comfortable Queen size bed with hotel grade linen and towels, marble bedside tables, 2 indoor chairs, a bench, a solar panel to charge your phone, laptop and lantern. Outside you have your own table and 2 chairs. All tents are a short walk to the communal area with lounge, dining, billiards table, darts, TV, male and female bathrooms, kitchen and dining room along with the outside hot tub, fire pit area and many dining options including our dam dining. Then at night, you can escape to the privacy of your own tent. Chardonnay tent is the 3rd tent up.

Our stay at Glenayr Farm was everything we could have hoped for, even with the rain! Rachel has thought of everything you could need for a getaway, all I would recommend to bring is a few bottles of w...ine from the local wineries on your drive in. The area is so beautiful and quiet and I can only imagine what the sunsets and sunrises must be like, definitely worth rebooking just to find out.. Nicky the caretaker is one of the nicest and warmest people we have ever met, she tended to everything we needed and kept the place feeling so homely. If you're looking to clear the mind and reset in a beautiful scenic location with a glass of red, I cannot recommend this place enough. Already planning to head back!

Walk Around The Property

This property is huge! I recommend taking the 2hr walk around the perimeter. Along the way, you'll find amazing viewpoints and some furry locals. If you're lucky you'll stumble across the resident cows George and Lawson - who were bottle-fed from birth and are very tame. Take in the fresh air and burn some of those cheese calories!
