### A holistic approach to health is immersing yourself into a freshwater ice bath. It helps muscles, tendons , bones and tissue recover from workouts. Allow your body to invigorate your muscles with oxygen to help your cells function better. There is also a lot of fallen branches around the property which you can collect to light the fire. As we don’t go around chopping trees down sometimes there is fallen down branches for you to collect to light the pot belly fire.
Sometimes the water can be brown because it is made from cedar and it the tanin that remains. .
