Additional Information

COTTAGE DETAILS
Fully stocked kitchen and pantry with Tefal cookware and all the mod cons required.

Fully fenced backyard for peace of mind.

We are closed to Melbourne during the lockdown but open to Regional Victoria outside of any restrictions.
**

Expect nature, birds, travelling echidnas and quiet. The place is 100% yours with no interruptions, professionally provided luxurious new linen and towels (every time) and professional cleaning between every stay.

Welcome wine (and homemade doggy treats if applicable) and a well stocked pantry, majority floating or steel legged furniture (for our small friends of all kinds), dog beds, mutiple bed configuration options and mounted Smart TV with Netflix. The rest is fully self contained with an empty fridge to stock your gorgeous Hepburn finds.

And did we mention the floating workspace, fast NBN and reusable pod latissimo?

Tefal cookware, lovingly sourced reclaimed pieces and an enviable coffee (wine?) porch - you'll feel like you're the only ones there.

All bedding is fresh, new, high GSM (and sheets hotel threadcount) with electric blankets.

Slightly quirky interior design is a hobby of mine and I absolutely loved bringing this place together to be as warm, loving and fuss free as possible.

GUEST ACCESS
The whole home is yours and setup purely for boutique accommodation, with professionally provided crisp linen and an abundance of supplies to cater for your specific experience.

There is one bathroom with full bath and large shower, plus a separate toilet (1 toilet in the house).

All house trained (flead) dogs welcome and fully welcome inside, with provisions of homemade liver treats, dog beds, blankets for couch, spare leashes, kibble and frozen chicken legs if that's your dog's thing!

PLEASE NOTE
You may end up wanting to stay forever. You have been warned!

**On accessibility. Hepburn Springs is a hilly place and you generally get 'low' or 'high' properties. This is a high one and has a gradual incline to get into the property, plus a sloped cottage garden and gravel. Please note this before booking for any special circumstances.

Hepburn Springs
1Listings
I'm a business owner in Melbourne and run my passion project (pet and family friendly Spring Creek Cottage in Hepburn Springs) on the side. I'm a dog lover and nature lover and will do anything and travel anywhere to combine those things! I'm obsessed with top notch customer service and connecting with guests who will love and enjoy my unique space in the way I always intended. My Finnish Lapphund (Mika) is 18 months and has just crossed the threshold into 'good boy'. I get the idiosyncracies and needs of doggies and how to create a space that makes it easy for you to bring your furry friends along. And loving customer service (with a very diverse group of friends) I also understand family needs, couples, singles and friend groups. I love sustainable and eco friendly furniture and created my space with 100% custom/reclaimed wood. Spring Creek Cottage has a reusable latissimo pod machine, a worm compost and hopefully everything your heart desires! I'm a former Ballarat girl and in my working day, I'm passionate about helping regional businesses hire the right people, affordably. I'm also very accustomed to travelling single so have kept that in mind when designing the space and the experience so you're not forgotten. And I hope it's loved by all :)
