We LOVE and cater to down-to-earth nature lovers! And are so setup for relatively risk free doggy (and cat) experiences. With a cheeky 4 year old Finnish Lapphund and a puppy Maremma, I know what makes stress free dog holidays and host you and your furry friends with heart.

When you book you will be provided with a welcome and hike pack with the best suggestions and recommendations we have.

POOCH INFORMATION
All house trained dogs welcome and fully welcome inside, with provisions of homemade liver treats, dog beds, blankets for couch as well as pet towels in the barn.

Dogs permitted on beds if arranged prior and fully pee free so no young puppies (free dog friendly linen for others if organised prior). Our pre booking pack even contains two helpful dog-sitters for you to pursue directly! And they can be left undercover in a comfy barn in the fenced yard as well.

PET NOTE
We are super pet friendly but accountability is with guests for all damage. There is a handheld dyson and mop onsite for cleaning hair and muddy paws - excess hair and muddy floors are not expected in a normal clean so please do whip around as it's this owner accountability that allows us to keep being as pet friendly as we are (we cannot effectively clean up after hairy doggos in 3 hours if the vac hasn't been used in summer for instance). Apart from accidents and damage, we do need guests to mitigate things such as keeping dogs off cushions, jumping on walls/windows/doors (plus garden decimation).

COTTAGE DETAILS
Fully stocked kitchen with Tefal cookware and all the mod cons required for you to BYO preferred food. Self contained accommodation (i.e. empty fridge for your preferences but plenty of cooking provisions like oils and salts for you to eat in and stock your gorgeous Hepburn finds).

Fully fenced backyard for peace of mind. It contains a spirited maremma.

Expect nature, birds, travelling echidnas, kangaroos and quiet. The place is 100% yours with no interruptions, self check in and thoughtful canningvale linen.

The cottage is made for couples, singles, friend groups to a maximum or four or small family - with or without furry friends. You will love being 10 mins walk to Main St 'yet' also being so secluded.

It's super quiet and borders a forest on both sides. With this sort of nature, the trees may rustle, it gets very dark, kangaroos are all around, there's the occasional rattle to anchor down in weather.

Majority floating or steel legged furniture, dog beds, mutiple bed configuration options and mounted Smart TV with Netflix and chromecast.

And did we mention the floating workspace, wood fireplace, fast NBN and reusable pod latissimo? Firewood provisions are more than usual in the region with about 10kg starters and also conveniently lugged bags of 20kg local wood for $20 (honesty box onsite).

GUEST ACCESS
The whole home is yours and setup purely for boutique accommodation. Bedrooms not in use for your stay will be closed off for cleaning and dog purposes.

There is one bathroom with full bath and large shower, plus a separate toilet (1 toilet in the house).

NOTE
You may end up wanting to stay forever. You have been warned! Firepit is away during the fire danger period as there is no safe proximity at the cottage. No open air fires during this period.
