We had the most amazing few days there and would 100% return again. If you want a place to relax and recharge, this is the place to be. The fact that it was pet friendly was a also a big tick, our poo...ch loved going for his swim morning and night. There were 2 beautiful and friendly horses that wandered around the property, which just made the experience more magical.
The hosts were so lovely and accomodating, we borrowed their kayaks and went exploring on the river. We fished, swam and relaxed, just what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at the shipping container. The container was clean and comfortable and in an absolutely stunning location. We brought our kayaks and had a fabulous time paddling along the... river and swimming near the shore. We also loved meeting the friendly horses and witnessed some fantastic (& frighteningly close) lightening. Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

I live on this beautiful property but it is close enough to Sydney that i commute to the city each day. It's hard to be stressed about 'real life' when you are surrounded by nature and animals.

Ski On The Hawkesbury River
You will stay right on the river. So if you have a boat, you can put it in on the boat ramp up the road and ski out the front.
Feed Pat And Brush The Horses
We have 3 lovely retired horses living out their golden years, they love attention, pats and treats.

Collect Free Eggs
We have 12 chickens and 2 roosters, so when they are laying you can collect the eggs for breakfast.
Fish From The River Bank
You can bring your rods fish from our river bank. There are perch, brim, sometimes flathead, Eels.
Go For A Paddle Down The Hawkesbury River
There is acess to the river so you can bring your kayak and go for a paddle.
Bushwalking
We have 32 Acres of land and you are more than welcome to explore the caves and natural features.
Swim In The Hawkesbury River
There is a river beach down the front of the shipping container. a lovely spot for a swim in hot weather.
Furry Friends
It's hard to miss the gorgeous farm animals on the property. The host told us that we may wake up to the sight of the horses and pony on our balcony and she was spot on! We fed them carrots while the sun came up over the river. Truly a magical experience.

Head on down to the boat ramp just 2 minutes from the property and you will find a long stretch of river perfect for all water sports. We also found little beaches to park up and have lunch in the shade.
Drive Up The Putty Road
A great drive for motorbike riders or car enthusiasts. There is a loop you can do taking your past yummy cafes and over the river on ferrys.
Yarramundi Reserve
This lovely spot is located where the Grose and Hawkesbury-Nepean Rivers merge. Yarramundi Reserve is suitable for kayaking and fishing or bring a picnic to enjoy by the waters edge. Yarramundi Reserve is an ideal spot in the Hawkesbury for nature lovers to enjoy.
