3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 3 queen sized beds & stunning views from each room. The front bedroom has beautiful west facing views (sunset) toward the front tree filled garden to the hills with cows grazing. The back corner bedroom has both farmland and distant Otway views. Perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing. The internal bedroom is cosy and accessible inside the home. I like it the best for waking lifting your head and checking out the Eastern garden and the exquisite sunrise.

Two living rooms one with TV and DVD player another with music to chill out and stare at the views.
NO WIFI but great service via your own data. We want you to enjoy your stay and unplug as much as possible whilst you are here. Grab a book, a cuppa or a cool drink sit on a balcony or find a relaxing place to lie under the many beautiful shady trees around the amazing gardens.
Pop on your hiking boots and head to the Great Ocean Road trails only minutes away. You can also walk to the 12 Apostle visitors centre from the farm only 5km. Ask me for directions.
We also have a fantastic gourmet food trail in the area with GORG chocolates, Timboon whisky distillery, Schultz organic dairy, Timboon ice cream and Apostle Whey cheese . They also sell gelato .
Just another couple of notes: the farm has tank water for drinking, we love the fresh water but if you aren't sure about it maybe bring your own drinking water. Keep doors closed at all times to keep the bugs and critters out. The cottage is situated bang in the middle of hundreds of acres of dairy farmland so you share this peaceful space with birds, bees, the odd echidna and a mysterious koala .
