Willow Wood was a beautiful home for 4 adults and our 7 month old. It was a very short drive in to town but further enough away to be able to enjoy the wildlife and seclusion. My family from the UK & ...myself really enjoyed the wildlife and the peace and quiet.
We would love to stay again one day!
Many thanks to Charles for the easy communication and lovely home.

We had a fantastic time at Willow Wood. It was surrounded by forest and bird life with a nice creek running through it. The house was in good condition and very clean with nice appliances with everyth...ing we needed. The location was fantastic as it was close to the beach and bush walks to water falls. Plenty to do for young and old. Highly recommended. Daniel and Kelly.

The beautiful Erskine Falls tumbles 30 metres into the lush fern gully of the Erskine River. Take in the beauty of the falls from two lookouts and feel the mist from the cascading water as you take in the views. For passionate walkers take the 7.5-kilometre Erskine River Track which leads from the falls to Lorne along the river, passing Straw Falls and Splitter Falls. Split Point Lighthouse

Construction started in late 1890 and the lighthouse was illuminated in September 1891. Some ten shipwrecks prior to 1890 along the Surf Coast prompted authorities to plan the lighthouse. Little has changed to the lighthouse and the 2 (one cottage is split in two) quarters since it was built. The buildings are heritage listed and the quarters are now privately owned. As the Spit Point Lighthouse is still a functioning lighthouse, access is by tour only. The lighthouse is open daily for tours, weather permitting.
