Leigh's and Gracie's artwork, carvings and furniture create a feeling of serenity. The king bed is super comfy. The outdoor shower and bath are divine.
No TV. Wi-Fi is excellent.
Cafes/shops a short walk.

another room containing a kitchenette and a private bathroom/ toilet.
The kitchenette includes a toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle and fridge and double portable electric hotplate.
There is ample free parking on a wide, quiet street in front of the property.
The garden can be accessed at any time.
Leigh is available at almost anytime for anything that is needed or anything that he may have forgotten to supply. Don't hesitate to text him and he will be there to assist straight away.
The gorgeous Barwon River is an easy 5-minute walk and the paths go for many kilometres in either direction.
This location is very central and is amply supplied with public transport and is situated for easy access to the Bellarine Peninsula and the Great Ocean Road. A very quiet street. Lots of safe parking. For example, there are buses only 2 minutes walk that can take you into Geelong city centre or anywhere along the coast.
Noise to be kept to a reasonable level as it is a residential area
