Pet-friendly
Our Tiny House is set on a 20 acre property, amongst a pine forest and provides panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay. We're located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, 10 minutes to the beach, and less than 5 minutes to some of the best wineries in the region. Our property backs on to Arthurs Seat State Forest providing numerous opportunities for bushwalking and mountain bike riding at your doorstep.
Our unique off-grid Tiny House provides the perfect place to relax, explore, and refresh.
Our Tiny House is furnished with the all of the essentials necessary for a comfortable off-grid getaway. Pillowtop queen bed, luxury bed linen, fully equipped kitchen including fridge and stove, hot shower, composting toilet, bluetooth speaker, BBQ, picnic table, hammock & outdoor fire pit for those chilly winter nights. Fire restrictions are now in force, no fires allowed until May 2026.
Our Tiny Houses are off-grid and provide an eco getaway in nature. Our houses are solar powered and rely on rainwater, we ask our guests to be mindful of their power / water usage during their stay. You're booking a unforgettable eco nature getaway, not a 5 star resort. Kangaroo sightings are common as are encounters with other local birds or wildlife - it's all part of the adventure :)
We're located in Red Hill, the Mornington Peninsula's beautiful wine region. A 60 min drive South of Melbourne, 10 minutes to the beach & less than 5 minutes to some of the best wineries and breweries in the region.
48 hours before your stay we will send you all of the check in information for your tiny house stay, including the address, door code & local recommendations for the area.

This is our second Tiny Stays experience. We enjoyed our time on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Highly reccomend Red Gum BBQ for an amazing meal, T'Gallant winery, Foxeys Hangout and Red Hill Est...ate. We also spent time in Mount Martha, Dromana and Sorrento. It's a shame the house isnt 20 meters to the left of the property with the amazign bay views! We did have a couple of low lights - someone was running through the property whilst we were there, the home wasn't cleaned to a very high standard and it wasn't off the beaten track as much as our previous stays were.

I was far from impressed with what was offered for the money we paid, and only stayed one of the two nights booked.
No heating available at all, even for "Off Grid" I would expect a Deisel Gas heater... for the unexpected weather conditions that can be prone to this area.
Composting toilet was a "Hybrid" Compost / Long Drop, far from acceptable with little space or room to use.
Sink and Shower drain was only meters away from the house front door not nice when you sight this after others have stayed prior.
Cleaning was acceptable but not perfect.
No room to move but I was expecting this from the wording of "Tiny Stays" maybe should have been called "Micro Stays"
Complimentary Coffee we nonexistent.
Being requested to park at the top of the paddock and walk to the accommodation downhill in wet slippery conditions was also not acceptable, a gravel driveway to the house is needed.
I understand this was a place to unwind and "off grid"
I am no KAREN but we were disappointed.
