This 100 year old restored settlers cottage is situated in a country cull de sac. Private but accessible living, 35 minutes from Byron Bay, with beaches only 15 mins away. Very handy for the local festivals, Falls and the Blues if they are on.
Abundant natural spring water to re-energize on. There are peaceful bushwalks on the 30-acre property, mountain sunsets, a creek with platypus if your sneaky.
No close neighbours and few passing cars. Also a good restaurant or two in the area and a great breakfast spot in Burringbar.
