Such a stunning area and great hosts, attentive to any needs. We had a fabulous time relaxing on the grounds, bathing under the sunset and enjoying a wine in front of the woodfire & smart TV. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting affordable and enjoyable accomodation in the Byron Hinterland.

Killen Falls

Killen Falls is in Tintenbar, a short scenic drive off the highway. The viewing platform is a 660-metre return walk and the base of the falls is a one-kilometre return walk from the car park area. It's a great spot to stop for a swim and picnic!

Doma Cafe

A renowned culinary haven nestled in the picturesque town of Newrybar - this place has a great vibe and serves really good sushi and ramen along with breaky favourites. Highly recommend it warm and inviting ambience, and the awesome Japanese crew here really know their coffee!

Introducing Bangalow's newest craft-beer spot, Common People Brewing Co. The brewery is owned and operated by Northern Rivers locals, who are proud to showcase everything the region has on offer with a beautifully designed and super cosy brewery. The staff were warm and welcoming and gave us great recommendations based on our personal beer preferences. They offer a core range of crafty and seasonal beers plus limited edition Special Batch brews, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. The food menu is just as impressive, so go with an empty stomach!

We spent the morning enjoy a coffee with some cards at the clunes cafe, picked up some snacks, flowers and treats for a waterfall Adventure from the general store then had a browse and grabbed ourselves a book each from uncle Pete's book store the cutest second book store.

Takeaway Pizza In Clunes

We stopped at the Il Carretto Pizza pop-up in the park in Clunes, and picked up a takeaway wood-fired pizza and a delicious dolce with dark chocolate, Morello cherries, and mascarpone.
