The private guest studio offers its own secluded escape, complete with a king-sized bed, wood fire, generous bath, and a compact yet fully equipped kitchen.

At the heart of the home, the expansive open-plan living area is framed by soaring vaulted ceilings and enormous picture windows that flood the space with natural light while showcasing panoramic views in every direction. Beautiful Grampians sandstone walls, crafted using traditional stonemasonry techniques, pair perfectly with rich Karri timber floors and the central double-sided wood fireplace, creating a space that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to nature.

Outside, a sheltered sandstone courtyard and charming cottage garden provide a peaceful place to unwind, while the expansive front deck stretches the length of the home, offering the perfect spot for long lunches, evening wines, and unforgettable sunsets over the Aire River valley.
