Settlers Cottage is your home away from home. It is a charming and cosy cottage for up to six people.
The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and the upstairs loft area has 2 single beds. Another separate bedroom upstairs has a king bed. Quality linen is included.
Settlers Cottage has Complimentary Wi-Fi and streaming-enabled TV. There's a comfortable lounge area with adjoining dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a gas BBQ.
Majestic sunsets and abundant wildlife can be found on our property. Be sure to keep an eye out for kangaroos at dusk.
Settlers is free standing, self contained cottage, sitting on 107 peaceful acres. Sit on your veranda or the dam wall to read a book or watch the sunset.

On your departure, we appreciate if you can
•Leave your accommodation in a tidy state.
•Quick wipe of the kitchen surfaces to keep insects away.
•Please wash and put away any utensils and cutlery.
•Turn off lights, heaters and air conditioners.
•Ensure that all outside doors and windows are closed and locked before you leave
•Leave your stay key inside and just close and lock the door behind you on exit.
Guest numbers
Your accommodation has been booked for an agreed number of people and beds. We trust that you will let us know if there are any additional guests, so we can adjust the fee.
If your cottage has more beds than you have booked for, we would appreciate if you can leave them untouched. Washing and cleaning are our largest costs, so your consideration is appreciated.
Linen
Bed sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels/face washers for the booked number of guests will be in your cabin prior to your arrival. Unless expressly arranged for longer duration stays, sheets and towels will not be replaced during your stay
No need to pull beds down on departure. We would prefer you just pulled them up into a neat and tidy state. Please leave towels/face washers in a neat pile in the bathroom prior to departure.
Noise
You have 4 other guest cottage neighbours and neighbours adjoining the property. Noise travels a very long way. Music should never be excessive. 10pm is a good guide to stop any music or excessive festivities from emanating from your cottage.
