Rustic cabin in Smiths Lakes, Mid North Coast, NSW. Recent reno of the original horse stables on Palms Flat. Close to the Celitos beach, Smiths Lake shops, but tucked away in the trees, this little cabin is an idyllic getaway.
As the property is on Septic, all-natural toiletries and cleaning products must be used. We have provided these for our guest's convenience and would ask that guests refrain from using any of their own toiletries that are not natural and could damage the septic. Currently we do not have Wifi internet and are awaiting optical cable installation of the NBN expected March 2026.

Smiths Lake Local Beaches
We are 2 minutes drive to the Lake and 5 minutes to the beaches in the area. A great place for swimming, surfing, fishing and kayaking.
Frothy Coffee
If you're looking for a tasty local breakfast and coffee, I would highly recommend visiting Frothy Coffee. It's located on Smiths Lake and the scones were delicious! The lake itself is also very beautiful and peaceful.

Surfing
Boomerang Beach is the best surfing beach in the Pacific Palms precinct, with rock ledges helping to form great waves.
The beach is actually boomerang-shaped and is ideal for swimming with protection from prevailing winds at either end. It is balanced at each end with headlands and faces east capturing the best swell from the Pacific and offering brilliant sunrises.

Booti Booti National Park
Consisting of an eight-kilometre peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Wallis Lake, Booti Booti National Park encompasses 1,566 hectares of picturesque headlands, stunning beaches and pristine rainforests.
Surfing At Seal Rocks
Seal Rocks is known for its surf beaches, so we spent the mornings exploring all of the surf breaks including Lighthouse beach, Treachery and Yagon. We also explored Boomerang Beach and Booti Booti National Park. I would highly recommend exploring this area if you're looking to surf or simply go for a nice walk. The beaches were stunning.
Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse Walk
Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse is just a short walk or drive from Seal Rocks. We walked up to the lighthouse after a really nice surf around the corner. We saw dolphins swimming and pelicans fishing from the headland. Despite the rain, it was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it.
