Created by people who don’t like having the doors closed, the house has been designed to make inside and outside feel like one... the covered veranda is a seamless extension of the home, where rattan furniture, swinging chairs, floor rugs, a bar and a floating lounge beneath the palm trees will make it hard to leave. Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.

The beach will beckon though, and being only 200m away means you can walk there in your boardshorts for multiple swims a day. No need for the car, bingo.

Inside, the beachside atmosphere has been captured beautifully. Uplifting, fresh white-washed interiors are amplified by high cathedral ceilings and skylights, furnished with natural tones and greenery that envelope you in this totally private lifestyle haven.

Adaptable furniture makes the most of the space; reconfigure the lounge to sit by the fireplace, or open up the bifold doors and sit enjoying the west views over the deck... Convert the kitchen island into a dining table with 6 cane stools. Serve breakfast or arvo drinks from the kitchen servery window to the outdoor bar. It’s a clever and sincere place, with an innate sense of fun and light-heartedness that makes you smile and appreciate the passion that has gone into this family’s project.

The open plan lounge offers a chill-out space, with functionality and comfort. A Smart TV gives you access to all your fave shows, plus wifi and Sonos. Upstairs, the loft offers a versatile living space with a comfy daybed, TV, and built-in desk. Board games, a portable A/C unit, washing machine and dryer are all provided. Immaculately styled, homely and welcoming, the kitchen features all the essentials for cooking at home, including a coffee machine.

Bringing the kids? Too easy. Kids will love being able to explore the backyard with a cubbyhouse and slide, and parents will appreciate the secure, fully fenced yard. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with a desk and toys to make this room their own... Children’s toys, plastic tableware and a small baby bath are all on-site to make family holidays a breeze.

Two more bedrooms include a master with Queen-size bed and bamboo canopy, plus direct access to the deck via French doors. Both this and the 2nd bedroom (Double bed) have Smart tvs with Netflix connectivity. All bedrooms have an abundance of natural light and space and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. The central bathroom has a pebbled walk-in shower and large vanity with brushed brass tapware.

This is your space to unwind, whilst enjoying all the convenience of being close enough to walk or ride to the beach, parks, local shops and cafés. Family-friendly White’s Beach, Fisherman’s Beach and Cosy Corner are on your doorstep, while Torquay Back Beach and scores of waves are on offer for experienced surfers all the way to the famed Bells Beach.
