The space

Odyssean Tiny House is the perfect farm stay accommodation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothpaste during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Except for farm sheds, stables, and shipping containers.

Other things to note

- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- No BBQ grill available to use
- Please bring your own firewood to use the outdoor firepit
- Mobile reception is good in town
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No pets are allowed on the property
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed
- Don't forget to close windows and lock doors when leaving the house
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)


Activities

- Riding trails out the back are accessible to guests for both horse riding and motorcycling
- Guests can bring their horse and ride in the property's sand arena for an extra cost of $50 per night
- If you plan to bring your horse, please inform the land host 24 hours before arrival to make the necessary arrangements
- Guests are advised to follow the safety guidelines discussed with the land host as the property is a farm hazard that may potentially harm you

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- Please expect some noise as the property is a working farm stay accommodation that cares for farm animals and crops

Amber and Ben were such wonderful hosts! They were incredibly helpful and answered all of our calls and messages! Despite being away from the property they were amazing at responding to our needs! We highly recommend this Tiny home for a relaxing getaway.

It was a lovely place to stay. You have everything you need. Definitely amazing landscape. If you really want privacy, then is not the right place. You will see people around all the time and there’s a motorcycle track behind the tiny house, so you’ll hear noise most of the time during the day.
