Two bedrooms have Queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single bunks. There is also a central bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower, wc and vanity.

Not suitable for more than 4 adults and 4 children.

A wood fire and split A/C ensures you'll be comfortable all year round and the second living area is perfectly zoned for the kids to watch TV, play games or simply curl up and read a good book.

A large dining table and fully equipped kitchen cater for extended family and friends. You'll love entertaining outside, with a large deck, outdoor furniture and BBQ making the most of the views of the Otway National Park and visiting wildlife which can include wallabies, kangaroos, owls and birdlife.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.

Aireys inlet is a short drive with cafes, restaurant, pub and a small general store.

Please limit shower length to 2 minutes for sufficient hot water for all guests



HOUSE RULES
No shoes in the house.

Strictly no parties allowed. Guests will be evicted if there is a party. No refunds will be given.

Definitely, NO animals allowed due to wildlife and proximity to national park.

For insurance purposes and to keep records for Covid we require names and contact details of all guests.

We love our property and know that you will too so we ask that you please respect it during your stay.

We love having families stay at Forest view and we provide various amenities to cater to their needs. Please ensure that you look through our photos carefully to determine whether our place will suit your family or email us with any questions.

To keep cleaning fees down please ensure that all bins are emptied, bbq cleaned, surfaces wiped over. Dishes are done and a sweep/ vacuuming of all floors.

The four rubbish bins are located on Orchid Drive next to the driveway.

An extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the BBQ is left dirty.

On departure please turn off all heating/cooling, lights, ensure all doors are locked and that key is returned to the lockbox and pantry.

If you are locked out a $100 call out fee will be charged and if a key is lost a $200 Fee.
