This beach house has been completely renovated inside and offers a modern well-appointed beach retreat less than 50m from the beach!
A hop, step, jump from the beach this gorgeous holiday house has had a full renovation inside and offers a well-appointed space to relax.

The views from the spacious living area and kitchen are to die for! Open the big balcony doors and you sound like you're on the beach!

Relax on the deck with a book and feel like you’re on the beach because you almost are!!

Well behaved dogs are very welcome at “Seaspray Beach House” and the yard is secure for large dogs but may not be secure for medium/small doggies as there is a gap under the gate. The balcony is secure for all dogs!

Great accommodation, amazing view, very clean, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance to town but not right in the middle of it. We loved it. Add that you can bring your dog...s is the cherry on top. The host is great and checked in when there was a power outage due to extreme weather. The only criticism is the yard is not secure for any size dog but if you’re dog has amazing recall or you’re happy to keep your dog on a leash like we did it’s great pet friendly accommodation.

Great place to stay. Perfect for the dogs and the house was lovely. We'd like to book again for next year, it was so suitable. Exactly as described, and as in the photos. Loved it.

Maits Rest Rainforest Walk

Maits Rest is an easy 1km circuit walk beside the Great Ocean Road about 15 minutes west of Apollo Bay. Admire impressive trees, including towering Mountain Ash and a huge Myrtle Beech tree expected to be at least 300 years old.

Hopetoun Falls

Hopetoun Falls offers spectacular views of the falls as they cascade into the Aire River. Or for a different view take the steeper walk down to the pool at the base of the falls. The walk starts from the carpark located on the Aire Valley Road in Beech Forest.

Great Otway National Park

The Great Otway National Park stretches from Torquay over to Princetown and through to the Otways hinterland near Colac. The park contains rugged wild coastlines, sandy beaches, exposed heathland and gorgeous spring wildflowers.
