A little cabin in the bush surrounded by nature. Feels like you are in the tree canopy. Great for bird watching and just chillin. Off grid with everything you need. Limited phone reception. No neighbours, except the cockatoos and kangaroos. Queen bed, indoor fireplace, outdoor bath.

The cabin is self sufficient, with the only heating from the wood fire, water from the rain and electricity from the sun. The cabin has been built with sustainability in mind by using reclaimed items when possible, and providing items without the use of plastics where possible.

Bush Walk Bird Watching

The property is full of bush life and birds! I walked around the bushland all afternoon checking out cool rocks, birds and collecting feathers. You don't need to go far to see birds, I sat on the front deck with the binoculars watching the feathery friends come into me!

Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm

Firstly, it's DOG FRIENDLY!!! Well, most of Daylesford is - best food, better coffee! 15 or so minutes out of Daylesford but worth every second! There is an entry fee, but remember you're investing in the team and their hard work to maintain the farm at its best
Lavandula

Lavandula

The sweetest Swiss Italian Farm bursting full of lavender and many other beautiful gardens to explore. Inside Lavandula, Cafe La Trattoria offered the most appetising menu reminding us of Europe, filled with pasta, pizza and lavender lemonade. We had to try a little bit of everything!

Guildford Vineyards Cellar

Thanks to a very much-appreciated tip-off from Ronnen, we indulged in an amazing long lunch at Guildford Vineyard and Cellar. With so many beautiful flavours across a variety of dishes, we didn’t want this lunch to end! We were sure to buy a nice bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon for later.
