Nestled between our vineyard and the banks of the Goulburn River, a luxury country villa and riverside retreat just 90mins from Melbourne is the perfect hideaway.
Rolling lawns and a handcrafted stone walkway descend to your private beach with large daybed, sunlounges, a beach volleyball court and kayaks. This area also allows you to safely moor a boat just 20m away from your accommodation.
Surrounded by spectacular scenery, the 7bedroom home features multiple large entertaining and living areas with concrete and timber floors and handcrafted wood features from locally sourced timbers.
The villa is a family-friendly home that doesn't necessary look like one. The handcrafted spaces feel earthy and organic with a sense of simple luxury, perfect for families and groups of friends.
The master bedrooms are large including areas to lounge connected to ensuites with free-standing baths. All bedrooms and bathrooms feature oversized windows with views of the vineyard or water. An entertainer's bar with concertina glass windows opens to a floating outdoor fireplace surrounded by seating. The games area inlcudes a full size pool table and table tennis. The two large living areas are separated by a double sided stone fireplace and the traditional country kitchen is fitted with modern appliances for every need. Extending from the house is a vine covered pavilion for yoga, relaxing and outdoor entertaining. It includes outdoor kitchen style facilities with bbq and woodfired pizza oven. The stone surround fire pit with seating is set into a slope beside the river, another great space to switch off with friends.
From cosy log fires to an array of exhilarating activities, the retreat's shared amenity includes kayaks and water sports, floating water trampoline, adventure playground with in-ground trampoline, fresh produce gardens and orchard, basketball area, tennis court and 4km nature walk trail that runs beside the river and wetlands.

7 bedrooms which include 4 x massive king rooms (about 3-4 times the size of a standard room) and 3 x standard queen rooms.
Two king rooms include sofa bed in addition to the king bed (extra costs apply for use of sofa beds)
One queen room includes 4 x single bunk beds in addition to the queen bed

The Waterfront Villa is a fully self-contained private residence occupying the entire ground level. The upper level is a separate private area used in connection with the management of the retreat. There is no internal access between the two spaces and guests have exclusive use of all booked accommodation and outdoor facilities.
Hide & Seek Retreat spans more than 100 acres and guest privacy is extremely important to us. While owners or staff may be elsewhere on the estate maintaining the grounds and facilities, your accommodation and outdoor entertaining areas, beach and immediate garden areas remain private.
