Cumulus House is a home where families can relax and take it all in. Entering into the generous hallway you will immediately be drawn to the incredible ocean views. The central fireplace is welcoming and grounding, providing a place of warmth and meditation. The rooms either side offer a retreat and separation from family and or guests, inviting you into a large living zone with full glazing onto the large open deck perched 8 metres above ground. The warm oak floor, muted material palette, and layout provide a sense of serenity. This modernist house is complete with B&O sound system, smart tv with Netflix, marble benchtops, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom with bathtub and Nespresso, it has been finished to the highest of standards. Comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, a study, open plan kitchen, dining & living with a large deck with BBQ.
