A winding driveway descends into a private little valley, with the homestead taking in views across paddocks, grazing cattle, dams, distant bushland, gold mining relics, and a winter's creek.

Can accommodate a couple, family or group of friends with four bedrooms in the main house: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1x2 single.

In addition a separate and spacious restored outbuilding - with ensuite (1x queen) is included in bookings of 9-10 guests or otherwise an optional addition in bookings (8 or less guests) for a fee of $100 per night (min 2 nights).

Extensive outdoor spaces including stone walled courtyard, kitchen garden (where you can help yourself to any produce) and pizza oven.

Large bathroom with claw foot freestanding bath and separate shower. Hydronic heating and Cheminees wood heater.

NBN fast internet (throughout all buildings) and optional smart TV (just let us know if you don't want it in the living room).

Private access to the house and whole farm shared with a herd of Angus cattle.
