We had such a lovely stay, so peaceful and quiet and Wollombi had such cute shops. Was an easy scenic drive into Hunter valley. The hosts were also super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Visit Wollombi Tavern
We enjoyed a nice cold beer with locals at the good old fashioned hospitality in the historic colonial village of Wollombi.
Wollombi Tavern
We spent the evening at Wollombi Tavern, sipping local beers and warming up by the indoor fire, away from the cold night air. The homey feel, awesome locals, and the infamous Jungle Juice -absolutely worth a taste - made it a night to remember.
Wollombi Brook Nature Trail Picnic Area
A short scenic walk to enjoy the outdoors or a delightful picnic.
Wine Tasting At The Undercliff Winery
Undercliff Winery has a friendly winemaker who told us all about his wine, his experience and some exciting events coming up.
Finchley Lookout
We drove up a long and windy road to get to the Finchley lookout from where you can see Mount Yengo, and nearby there is an easy Finchley cultural walk with informative signs along the way giving insight into the Aboriginal culture of the area.
Hunter Valley Wildlife Park
At Hunter Valley Wildlife Park, we hand-fed friendly goats and got up close with majestic lions and towering giraffes. Exploring the open habitats made for the perfect day with family. A must-visit for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories.
