Welcome to our little piece of heaven! We are so happy to be able to share it with you.
Our cozy Northwest-adorned cabin is nestled on the edge of beautiful Lake Sutherland, at the edge of the majestic Olympic National Park!
Whether you are seeking a restful escape from the busyness of life or out for adventure in the crisp, fresh air of the Olympic Mountains...we have the perfect place for you.
Please come, kick your feet up and find the rejuvenation you are truly looking for-Pacific NW style!

We have worked to give our cabin a very homey, local, NW feel and vibe. This includes providing local coffee and wine to all our guests!
This is a place to really relax and enjoy time together, so we have provided games, movies, s'mores fixings, warm soft blankets to curl up with...all in this magical little cabin with a stunning rock fireplace and majestic setting! What else could you need?

We live in Port Angeles, a short 20 minute and assuming we are in town, we would love to meet you and be available for anything you need! Especially suggestions of local restaurants, shops and activities that would be tops on our list!

Our next door neighbors are fabulous, friendly people that would be happy to chat or help with anything that may come up. Many of the families that own places on the Lake frequent in the summer, so off-season is exceptionally peaceful and serene. Summers are a fun, bustling time and people are very community-oriented! In the evenings people will "cruise" the Lake in their boats and wave and say hello. Enjoy their generosity of spirit, as it is very warm and welcoming!

Driving in this majestic country is an adventure all its own.
We are an easy 20 minute drive to Port Angeles with great shops and restaurants. On your way East into town you would pass by 2 wonderful local wineries, a place to rent kayaks, gas stations, convenience stores and coffee stands!
If you choose to head West you will be a 5 minute drive from the edge of Lake Crescent...nestled in the National Park, it offers hiking, a spectacular Lodge and did I mention the breathtaking views and surroundings?
It is a truly central location to all you could want for a fabulous escape!

We are a pet friendly! If you plan to bring a furry friend along for your stay, please inquire about the pet fee. The fee is a per night rate that varies based on the length of your stay!

We ask that you respect our space, our neighbors and our surroundings! Please follow these simple rules that we have set forth in opening up our precious cabin for your enjoyment:
*Leave the cabin in order upon departure. Show your respect for the amenities we have provided.
*Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. People come here to relax and escape...please respect the serenity of this place.
*Please clean up after your pets, if you bring them. This helps us and the natural environment greatly!
*Please minimize wearing of shoes in the house, especially in the bedrooms and during seasons when it is rainy and muddy outside.
*Absolutely no smoking anywhere on or near the property.
*Love our cabin as your own while you stay with us! Then leave it as you would want to find it...Thank you very much!

Beautiful lakeside cabin. The views are spectacular and the cabin so serene. So many places to perch inside and outside. Can't wait to visit again!

Hike Mount Storm King

Hike to an incredible view of Lake Crescent via the Mount Storm King trail. The hike starts from the Storm King Ranger Station next to Lake Crescent. Follow the trail under Hwy 101 towards Marymere Falls, turning left about halfway through the hike up a trail with signage for Mnt. Storm King.

The hike is 5.3 miles RT with 2,076 ft of elevation gain, but well worth the effort. The final push to the summit does require some scrambling and the use of ropes that are already in place on the hike. Enjoy the view from the peak for sunset and head back down with a headlamp for the best adventure.

Marymere Falls Trail

Marymere Falls is a nice family-friendly hike on the Olympic Peninsula. Become immersed in the beautiful moss-laden forest and take in the stunning views of Marymere Falls both the lower and upper viewpoints offer.

Spruce Rr Trail

This fabulous, paved trail follows the shoreline of the majestic Lake Crescent! It takes you through 2 old train tunnels and you can venture on a little dirt trail to the infamous "Devil's Punchbowl".
It is an incredibly scenic walk and doable for all people!
