The Trout Lake Farmstead is the birthplace of the first commercial, organic herb farm in North America. The property is at the foot of Mt. Adams in the beautiful, fertile valley. Guests will enjoy the stunning mountain view, a covered bridge over the White Salmon River, and all the charm of the 1919 craftsman-style home.

The Farmstead house is a Sears, Roebuck, and Co. kit home from 1919 complete with a full wraparound porch, several built-in bookshelves, a clawfoot tub, brass fixtures and accents, and a cozy breakfast nook that faces Mt. Adams. There is also a large yard and pavilion for entertaining.
