The space
Little Baxter is the perfect family staycation at Lake George with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
- Guests with children are advised to keep an eye on them as the property is a farm hazard that may be a danger to them
Important note:
- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure
- Due to the property’s rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay

Little baxter was in a great location looking over the winery and Lake George. Unfortunately the compost toilet was very full and the gas bottle for the shower ran out, other than that it was great!
