Additional rules
•Please take off shoes whilst in the house, feel free to wear ugg boots/slippers!
•Strictly No Smoking in the house – there will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 if this rule is not adhered to.
•All guests must sleep in beds provided, not on couches.
•Noise – Alpine Ridge is a very quiet community and noise travels. We have lovely neighbours, and we would like to keep it that way. Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum, particularly after 9:00pm.
•No rowdy parties will be tolerated – this is a family home and a family neighbourhood.
•Please keep Bikes, Skis and any other sports equipment / dirty / wet things in the garage and don't bring them into the main house.
•Please Turn OFF all electric heaters (including the drying cupboard) whenever you are leaving the house (e.g to go skiing). These can pose a fire risk if left on unattended. The house is well insulated and will stay warm whilst you are away.
•Any damage must be reported to owner as soon as possible.
•Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (12 guests)

- Check out expectations:
•Please note check out is strictly 10 am Unless otherwise arranged prior. This is usually possible outside peak ski season.
•If our cleaners are held up by non-approved late check out, this will incur a charge of $30 per 15 mins. This is set by our cleaners.
•Please leave the property in a tidy sate, as it was found. It is not expected to be spotless but neat and tidy, with everything put away.
•Toys put away and furniture returned to original locations if moved.
•Dishwasher must be emptied and dishes dried and put away.
•All rubbish must be removed to outside bins provided. Rubbish bins are to remain where you find them. If the bins are full please contact us ASAP.
•All heaters and lights turned off and house locked
•Keys returned to lock box

If additional cleaning is required beyond our normal cleaning time due to failure to leave the house in an acceptable condition, as detailed above, additional cleaning charges will apply., Check-in: After 4:00 pm, Checkout: 10:00 am, Self check-in with key safe, No smoking, No pets, No parties or events.
