KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with an oven, cooktop, and a range of cookware, utensils and essentials provided.
We also provide a complimentary breakfast for your first morning, with sourdough bread, free-range eggs, condiments, milk, butter, tea, sparkling mineral water and Nespresso coffee.
BEDROOMS
Each of the 3 bedrooms features a queen bed with luxurious linen, wool blankets, feather down duvets, a pillow menu, wood or electric heaters and fans, and electric blankets for year-round comfort.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has been restored with an indulgent clawfoot bathtub, a separate shower, and selected amenities. We highly recommend enjoying a long soak in the mineral-rich water, sourced from a deep aquifer 100m below the property. The water has a beautiful blue hue, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
OUTDOORS
Outside, relax by the fire-pit area overlooking the windmill paddock and the stunning country landscape plus an outdoor dining setting for up to 6 guests. For the ultimate experience, enjoy bathing under the stars in our antique clawfoot bath and rain shower.
As you approach our property along the beautiful country road, take your time as our resident kangaroos, sheep, and cattle often cross the road as they head to fresh pastures, offering a true taste of rural life.
A NOTE ON THE EXPERIENCE
Honeysuckle Farm is a country property set within a working farm environment, surrounded by nature and wildlife.
The cottage offers a warm, comfortable and thoughtfully restored space designed for relaxed country stays, rather than a hotel-style environment.
If you’re seeking a peaceful escape with character, charm and a connection to nature, you will feel right at home here.

Good catch! Based on your photos and note, I’d make it more authentic and personal:
★★★★★ 5/5
Honeysuckle Farm Stay was exactly what we needed for a relaxing country escape. From the moment we arriv...ed, we were struck by how peaceful and beautiful the property was. The cottage was cosy, immaculately presented, and thoughtfully styled, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and slow down.
One of the highlights was waking up to stunning sunrises across the paddocks, spending time with the friendly farm animals, and enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. We loved feeding the goats and wandering the property, taking in the fresh air and picturesque views.
The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favourite moments were sitting by the fire with a glass of wine, enjoying a cheese board, using the naked conversations cards and soaking in the beautiful clawfoot bath after a day of exploring.
My partner is from Colombia and had never experienced a Victorian farm stay before, so it was especially meaningful to share this experience together. He absolutely loved the animals, the open spaces, and the opportunity to experience a different side of Victoria.
Honeysuckle Farm Stay is the perfect place to disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with nature. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic, and memorable country getaway.

Fishing
There are several fishing spots in the Macedon Ranges to choose from, perfect for those who like to relax with a line in the water. Fish the Upper Coliban Reservoir and Malmsbury Reservoir and catch Trout and Redfin all year round. Take in the beautiful surrounds of picturesque forest and farmland.
Loddon Falls
We hadn't checked this out before but we are glad we found it and stopped off. An easy walk and a great Waterfall!

Botanical Gardens Viaduct Walk
Great local spot to wander around the duck-filled pond and river. The Viaduct is an impressive structure and if you time it right, you might catch a train or two passing through town.
Art Gallery And Vintage Shops
Stretch your legs and walk up Piper Street, famous for its vintage stores and the Stockroom, a contemporary art gallery that showcases some upcoming Australian artists and designers.
This cool modern art gallery/shop housed in a 1850s Butter Factory was a very nice surprise as something unexpected to come by in such a small town like this one.

Moto Bean Coffee Roasters
Best coffee in town was definitely Moto Bean Coffee Roasters. Uniquely decorated with motorbikes and filled with locals catching up and talking about footy, it was a great place to start the day.
The General Store
A quant general store on the main road into Glenlyon, stop off after the falls for food & coffee, local produce & wine.
