My husband and I are transplants from Hawaii. We are always asked "Why would you leave such a beautiful place?" If you look around to all the beauty of Mt Rainier and the surrounding area you would know the answer. The changing of the seasons, cold weather and snow. That is new and different to us. We own a small farm in Tacoma, Washington near Puyallup. We have cows, chickens, goats, ducks, geese, a horse, dogs and cats. When we can get away we like to go back home to Hawaii to visit family and friends. Other than that we like to go to our cabin in Ashford for the day. I love to quilt. As time goes on you will see them in the cabin. We are all about the aloha spirit and hospitality. What better feeling than to make someone feel welcome.
