Guests can use the entire property and the vacant block to the rear

1. dogs are NOT permitted inside
2. Please pick up after your dogs; scooper provided
3. guests are wholly responsible for their dog's behavior including noise and interaction with wildlife

- Please leave the place as you found it
- Costs due to damage to pool table will be recovered from guests
