Sleeping Arrangements

There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed. This room is attached to a good sized master bathroom. There is another room with a Queen bed and a third flex room with a very comfortable futon that converts to a queen bed. The futon is quite comfortable on its own but we also provide a memory foam topper for those who prefer it. The flex room currently has 2 doorways with floor to ceiling barn doors for privacy but not an official door.

The second full bath is just outside these 2 rooms. Finally there is a cute little unattached bunk house in the back yard with a covered walkway to the house. The skiers bunk house is covered completely on the inside with pine shiplap and is very cute and cozy. It is fully insulated and heated and sleeps up to 4 with a full over full bunk bed. The bunk house will be left locked for parties 6 and under unless otherwise discussed. If you are 6 and under, but would like to use the bunkhouse, there is a $50 fee for your entire stay to help pay for the extra time, cleaning, and laundry that our cleaner has to complete.

The owners of this home are Amaris and Sean and you can trust that we have appointed it, with the forethought of making sure it would become a place we are excited to stay. For our guests, this means, a well stocked kitchen, good coffee and tea supplies, all beds and linens being comfortable, and nicely done décor. We bought this first as a place for our families to enjoy but wanted to open it to guests as well to share the experience. Should you choose to stay here please treat this home as you would your own.


Finally, we are aware as seasoned users and hosts, that reviews are a very important piece of booking a place. Because we recently decided to list this property on Riparide, it will take some time to get a bunch of reviews, But rest assured that we are putting in the attention to detail to make this place all ready for many 5 star reviews and if you book early, you are getting a much better rate to compensate for the fact that it’s a new listing and we are building those up :)

- 9 hole golf course with $30 daily rate. Go as many times as you want that day
- private hot tub in the yard
- national forest hiking trails accessible from the back yard


*** if you are planning to use the pool or golf course, we need you to let us know.
At least four days before hand with all of the names of your guests that might want to golf or use the pool As we have to fill out a form and submit it to the HOA before hand.

Dog policy: Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome to stay with these conditions.

We ask that dogs not be allowed in carpeted bedrooms and not be allowed on couches and furniture.

If you are able to meet these conditions, we allow dogs with a pet fee which is $20 per night per animal, with a maximum of $100 per stay per animal.

Larger dogs will be considered on a case by case basis.

Unannounced dogs will incur a $200 fee per dog.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS.
Well we are able to accommodate shorter stays throughout most of the year, we do require bookings that take place during a holiday or a holiday weekend be at least three nights minimum.

Side note: your host Amaris Harris is also owner of Amaris Kristina Photography. She is highly knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding area, so if folks are interested, she can be separately hired as a wedding photographer or can be available for family sessions in the mountains
House Rules

-No one under the age of 25 is permitted to rent the cabin.

-Directions and key code will be e-mailed to you prior to your arrival. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.(PST). Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.(PST).

- Please take shoes off before entering

- Backyard quiet time by 10 pm to respect neighbors. Fines may apply if we receive complaints.

- No rowdy parties in the house.

-No Smoking

- hypo-allergenic pets only unless you have had a discussion with owners and we have made an exception.

- The maximum number of people that can occupy the house at any given time is what the reservation had been booked for, (unless other arrangements were made). Occupy means overnight sleepers and daytime visitors. This cabin is not to be used as a meeting place for parties or reunions (unless previously arranged with the owners). $100 per person/night is charged for unauthorized guests. Violation of this agreement will be the cause for immediate eviction.

- if you are paying the pet fee and are planning to bring any pets, please be sure they stay off the house furniture and outside of carpeted bedrooms.

- All reservations subject to Cancellation policy

-The Tenant agrees to release and indemnify the Owner and its Agents from all liability, should anyone be injured upon the premises during the lease.

By completing this rental, RENTER CERTIFIES that he/she is a responsible adult over age 25 and will be one of the occupants.

This document serves as the rental agreement under the laws of WA, between Renter & Sean Curry and Amaris Harris.

I have read, understand, and agree to the rental terms & regulations as stated above. During this rental, I am solely responsible for all damages.
