Classic PNW Vibes at Mount Baker

This cabin was such a wonderful treat for a quick weekend getaway. Just two hours from Seattle, and you'll find yourself nestled in the woods in a classic PNW log cabin. The place was stocked with everything you would need for a weekend full of relaxation and adventure.

We started the weekend with a trip to the Wake n' Bakery, then headed up to Artist Point where we hiked around and took in the views. After that we stopped at Mount Baker coffee to enjoy the high-speed Wi-Fi and tasty coffee and treats.

The next day we went to explore Mount Baker Wilderness, and hiked a few easy trails, ending up at Racehorse falls. This waterfall was absolutely stunning, and such a great spot to take in all the wonderful PNW vibes – waterfalls, mossy trees, fresh air, and crisp rain drops.

What a great way to spend the weekend amongst friends.

I stop here each time I come to Mount Baker. This cute outdoor coffee stand has a variety of treats and coffee that are homemade and super tasty!

Some of the most beautiful trails in Washington. The road was closed in early June, so we stopped near picture lake to hike around and check out the amazing views of Baker and Shuksan.
