From the moment we arrived, we were transported to a world of relaxation. Instead of rushing to unpack our bags, we surrendered to the breathtaking views of the hinterland from the outdoor swinging chair. As day turned into night, we nestled around a roaring fire while toasting marshmallows. As the stars filled the sky we ended the night with a long and rejuvenating soak in the hot tub.
The next day, we explored the nearby Dalwood Falls and treated ourselves to a leisurely brunch at The Belle General - known for their mouth-watering breakfast (GF DF options) and top-notch coffee. We capped off the day with a romantic clifftop picnic overlooking Boulders Beach - a secluded spot that promises the most incredible views and even a great whale-watching spot (June - Oct).
After a busy day of exploration, it was time for a sunset soak in the outdoor bathtub (with wine, of-course) as the sun dipped below the horizon. If you're searching for a place to relax and unwind, where adventure beckons at every turn and where you'll never run out of things to do, look no further!
A stunning waterfall for a picnic and a swim, you can sit at the top of the waterfall or go down a steep climb to the bottom for a swim. There are a few different height jumps for the daredevil!
The cutest cafe for brunching! The Belle General Cafe has super delicious GF & DF options (as well as regular) and great coffee. Just over the road from Shelly Beach - what's not to love!?
Escape to Boulder Beach Lookout for secluded and stunning views. Sit clifftop in the sunshine for a spot of whale watching (June - Oct) or to watch the surfers while you picnic. Feeling energetic? Why not take a hike on the walking track that goes all the way to the town of Lennox Head?
