Recharging in nature

Friday felt like it would never end, in front of my desk at work counting down the hours until we jumped in the car to head south to Northern NSW. We had become caught up in the stresses of everyday life and getting away to the Mountain Top Farm House was exactly what we needed!

We arrived after the sun had gone down and were greeted with the fireplace already warming up the house for us. The Mountain Top Farm House blew our expectations out of the water with its cozy living area and incredible loft space. My partner even asked if we could build a house just like it for ourselves.

We spent our time there enjoying a couple of drinks by the fireplace, cooking wholesome meals, lounging in the hammocks on the balcony while admiring the view of the valley around us and exploring the nearby national parks. It was exactly what we needed to recharge!

Located under an hour away from Mountain Top Farm House is Protester Falls. This is a short easy walk through lush rainforest which finishes at the incredible towering falls.

The Border Ranges National Park is full of amazing hikes and spectacular lookouts. We watched the sunrise from the Pinnacle Lookout which has views towards Mount Warning and of the surrounding valleys and mountains.
