Alt Road Winery Studio is a beautiful studio space located on a family run winery. We were surrounded by vineyards in a lovely country setting - the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay.

We highly enjoyed the complimentary Chardonnay, which we enjoyed with a picnic set up by the dam. We were also lucky enough to be there for their "Grassy Gatherings" event (be sure to look out for the next one), with live music, food and Alt Rd wine (of course!). It was a wonderful day in the sun enjoying all the good things.

The studio is located on the doorstep of the Otway Winterland and close to the Great Ocean Road, so we decided to enjoy a scenic drive and visit Lorne. We also went chasing waterfalls and explored Erskine Falls and Sheoak Falls.

Overall a peaceful little getaway in a stunning location with fabulous wine!
