Historic Church Turned Cozy Getaway

Nestled in the hills, surrounded by bushland and sandstone cliffs of the Lower MacDonald Valley, this uniquely converted church building is one of a kind. Originally built in 1839, it's been kept in its original character, and is just oozing with historic charm. It's a truely a hidden gem perfect for a getaway with friends or a quiet couples retreat.

Inside, the hall has been transformed into a cozy living space filled with rustic furnishings and lit with natural day light through large arch windows. Enjoy a tea in bed with a view out into the valley or light a fire on the balcony and watch the sunset.

Either chill by the pool and enjoy a refreshing dip, or for the adventurous, check out nearby St Albans cafe or pub on the weekend, fish in the Hawkesbury River or hike the old convict trail and Hawkins Lookout back in Wiseman's Ferry.
