Enchanted Tiny Tree House

The tiny home was nestled amongst the trees was like something you would have seen in those enchanted forest storybooks. The entire abode was made of recycled timber and tree branches. A ginormous ground-to-ceiling bookshelf filled with ideas and dreams greeted me as I walked through the front entrance. The slide ladder guided me to the two top spaces of the home. One side is fitted with a cosy-looking bed and the other a meditation spot with a window view overlooking the hills. I sat still in the zen den feeling the space and taking deep breaths. The more time I spent here, the more at peace with myself I felt.

That night I collected wood in the barrow to light an outdoor fire and watched as the sun said goodnight. The sun disappeared over Spring Hill while I stayed awake making wishes upon shooting stars and strumming sweet nothings on the guitar.

The next morning, I climbed down the ladder from the bedroom and landed my two feet in the kitchen. I fixed a light breakfast and drove on into the nearest town Creswick. I found a coffee at a little van and skipped along the streets checking out the local shops. I was greeted with friendly faces and cheerful smiles. The town had that charming, country feel about it and the baked goods from the pastry shop continued that tradition! Downright delicious! I walked the lake nearby before making my way back to the enchanted forest stay.

I got lost in bookland that afternoon all snuggled up in a blanket and chai tea in hand. I was so inspired by the stay, I daydreamed into the night about creating my own enchanted tree house someday filled with heart and charm just like this one. Have you ever got lost in a complete daydream?

The view from the Tiny home over looking the property was just gorgeous! I made a fire and sipped a cuppa tea watching the sun say goodbye to the day.
