The property is also home to a beautiful orchard, where we wandered beneath citrus-scented trees and were welcome to pluck fresh oranges and lemons. Back at the cabin, they became morning juice and lemon cake that instantly took us back.

Even the drive felt like part of the escape—winding country roads bordered by rolling green hills and glimpses of the river. Every turn revealed another tranquil scene, inviting us to pull over, stretch our legs, and simply take it all in.
