Tucked away in the lush green hills of Beech Forest, Kellyran Country House was the kind of place that instantly makes you exhale. The drive in already set the tone: mist drifting through towering gums, soft rain falling, and that unmistakable fresh forest smell that makes you feel miles away from everything.

The moment we stepped inside, the warmth of the fire and the soft glow of the lamps made it feel like home. The house was beautifully designed: cozy, spacious, and surrounded by large windows looking out over the valley. Even with the rain falling most of the weekend, it only made the experience more peaceful.

Mornings were slow and quiet, sipping hot coffee on the couch while watching raindrops gather on the leaves. When the weather cleared, we wandered through the English garden and the little forest on the property - everything glistening and alive after the rain. We spent afternoons exploring nearby waterfalls and trails, then came back to cook dinner by the fire, listening to the rain return as the night fell.

It was the perfect kind of weekend: unplugged, unhurried, and surrounded by nature. Kellyran reminded us how special it is to just be still, breathe deeply, and let the rain become part of the magic.
